And thank you,Danny, for your years here, rising to the occasion when the team desperately needed it every time!

Our saving grace when we play Miami....Dola won't have TB12 tossing him the rock !

C'mon Danny, stay with the Pats! You'll only take a 25% pay cut this time, we swear.

Thanks for the memories

Most clutch player outside TB12, pats legend in the playoffs.

Who cares?!?! He is Dolphin now. He is dead to me! What is this liquid? Why am I crying?!?! NONONONONO. Danny come back to me please!!!!!!!!!!!!

His lack of acknowledgement to Belichick by name speaks volumes to me. Honestly, these guys can screw off. And I I loved Amendola.

He didn't acknowledge McDaniels or O'Shea or Caserio, either, so I guess he's either disrespecting everyone or lumping them all in under staff.

He didn't mention Brady by name either. Amendola really hates a lot parts of his former team.
Otherwise this was a nice gesture using a form letter -- probably keeping in mind that he is a member of a heated division rival.

That's a fair response. I guess I'm just too tired off the apparent whining about hard coaching.

This should make a lot of Pats fans happy. They've wanted the Pats to dump this kid since he arrived.

I'll miss his hands of glue and so will TB12.

Normally when players leave we get it. BB has gotten us used to the business side of things. Wish them well except against us, we move on. His achievements and big plays are still fresh in my mind. Baltimore -14x2 game, Seattle, Atlanta bowls and the JVille game epitomize his time here. Havent been this sad to see a player go since McGinnist who was also a baller when it counted most.

Danny is a good cat er eh kid and all of us should be thankful for his contributions. Will Miami successfully manage his health like we did here?

I know Miami signed him with the hope he would have a catalytic effect on their passing game but I fear the results for him there with a QB not skilled enough to throw him away from trouble may fall into the category of what happened to Welker in Denver setting him up for cataclysmic collisions that may well induce catatonia. To have that befall a player whose heroics here catapulted him to the catwalk of our hearts would be a catastrophe of the first order. If it were to happen in a game against the Pats it might well even drive us to catalepsy.
