Sure, if you're paying someone who is in their low to mid-20s. These older, smaller slot-type receivers aren't getting paid that much, just look at Edelman's extension last year -- after we won the SB.

Would you rather we pay our No. 4 receiver that money and lose a chance at more important pieces for this team?

Shut out twice (2013 & 2016), a game with 8 yards on one catch, another with 12 yards on 2 catches and a 3rd with 18 yards on 2 catches. So out of 13 playoff games, he didn't really play a major role in 5 of them.

The funniest thing about this is that for the Dolphins to see Danny "Playoff" Amendola, they have to make the playoffs!
