I think working for Irsay was the deciding issue. Good for him, I could root for him elsewhere but never in Indy.

BB already announced he will be back next year. So unless all the hurtful things people posted on this forum which he definitely frequents pissed him off too much what would change ?

Might? He's hired like 4/5 coaches who will now have no job.

He will never get another HC job offer outside of New England in the NFL so he better pray to god he's next in line.

I think Belichick is coaching one more year - may mean personnel fireworks. If there is tension between TB12 and BB, McDaniels is a good buffer.

I always thought it would be Clemenza.
