SB Tickets

It seems like ticket prices are skewed. There's not much difference in price between the 100s vs the 300s. Its weird. I think it will overcorrect tonight into tomorrow. Prices have been dropping throughout the day. I think that will continue due to the cold weather Minneapolis. Lets face it. You arent going there to vacation like Phoenix.

I leave on Friday morning and haven't bought my tickets yet. Hoping for a continued drop in prices after a heart-attack-inducing uptick from Sunday through Tuesday. I hope you make it Italian Pat Patriot and others who are hoping to go!

It's hard to believe that people would decide four days out not to attend an indoors Super Bowl because it's cold outside, thus causing a drop in ticket prices. It's been known for many months this game would be in Minneapolis in early February.

Do you have a price limit or will you bite the bullet and buy tickets no matter what?

Here's the ticket broker you need to hook up with:

I tell myself I have a price limit ($2500) but I also have a 15 year old coming with me who keeps looking at me with big eyes and saying, "we're going to the game no matter what, right?" Damn kids! They don't know how good they have it.

Why?

What if they cant afford tickets or refuse to pay the outrageous prices. You can cancel flights Risk-free Cancellation : Delta Air Lines and hotels in advance. There might be fee for hotel cancellations, but not in the thousands.

The ticket brokers will not reveal how much inventory they really have. They want you to believe that the supply is limited and going down fast. They could be sitting on thousands of tickets that are not moving. Its a game of who blinks first.

I will wait until the day of the game.

You should be able to get in for that.

Go. This opportunity might never come again.

Kids r tough. For the divisional game, my seatmate lamented about his 14 yo son even to where his mother reportedly said;”I’ll drive him to your tailgate”. By that time it was to late, So naturally when it became time for the AFC championship game, he had to put up big money for 2 nosebleed seats. It was a game however, the boy will never forget

Your response has nothing to do with my post addressing the dubious notion of people canceling because of cold weather.

It does.

You implied that folks would not cancel going to Minnesota because they've known for months in advance where the game is. If they cannot get tickets within their price range then they are stuck watching the game in a bar outside the stadium. They would gong all the way there to be in single digit temps to watch the game on TV.

If the game was in Miami all is not a total loss. The beach and sun sounds pretty good right now and I wouldnt complain about watching the game on the beach outside.

Furthermore, ticket prices can and do drop with people who stopped looking for tickets.

Agreed, although I've been lucky enough to go 6 other times. This is my daughter's first time though. She is very excited. Are you going this year?

Bob Kraft and Jonathan usually visit a NE fan club or designated bar the night before the game. They gave away 2 free tickets at SB42 in Phoenix.

I met NEM.

Geez no, Triumph. My post was addressing what the other poster said about people possibly canceling in the final days because of the COLD WEATHER, thus driving ticket prices down. I doubt that will be a factor.

I used to live with these folks from Poland. They used to tell me that they were going to make a party. They listened to Michael Jackson and drank vodka.

Pats tailgate is making a party tomorrow night.

I wasnt officially going until yesterday because of the cold. Im already in the cold. Everyone is outside at these events. They have free concerts and festivities where they set up half *** heaters.

Now I am going and looking for a ticket. See how that works?
