Jags @ Steelers Game Thread

This is now a game of "Can Jacksoville's D hold off Pittsburgh's O"

Because without Fournette, I don't see Jacksonville scoring more than a field goal in the second half.

Fournette adds a few yards no question but I think as long as blocking keeps doing its job Yeldon can be good enough to get a couple FGs.

The Jags will need to score more points to have a chance. 21 wont be enough.

PIT is a vertical offense. JAX defense is designed to negate that. The game is in doubt with Fournette out but I wouldn't underestimate JAX's ability to force Ben into more mistakes.

Jags dline needs to get some pressure here

Well time for the Jags d to show up. They took last drive off. They can't give up a TD here.

Game's not over just yet lol.

If the Jags defense is as elite as the media would love to tell everyone it shouldn't blow this lead.

OMG! I just wet myself over that Turbo Tax commercial!!

The red headed child of the mailman

With Fournette out I'm skeptical of Jax holding on.
This is where coaching makes a difference.
You need 1 TD or 2 FG the rest of the day and as long as the strength of your team doesn’t totally shlt itself you are in the Afccg. You need to coach to that.

Ugh I hope it’s not an upcoming implosion.

I’m not convinced Jax can finish this off quite yet. Looks like they are trending in the right direction, but Pitt has much more playoff/big game experience.

Agreed. They're immature and super young. Been reading their own press clippings all year, not that Pittsburgh hasn't.

Downfield blocking by Washington while ball was in there air, no?

Wow some serious holding by the steelers not getting called

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahah
