Jags @ Steelers Game Thread

It's part of my Pro Line ticket (legal gambling here in Canada eh?). For football you can bet on a win, 4 points or more or a tie, 3 points or less.

My ticket has the Eagles, Jags and Saints all with Pro Line wins, $10 bet for a chance at $469, fingers crossed, lol...

Hope it hits

I want ****sburgh to win but I think the Jags are going to win. It doesn't matter either way the Pats are going to win next week. On another note I hear a lot of talk today about Ben and the OC not getting along. Where is the big ESPN article about it?

They have had issues for a long time now but because it's not the Patriots it's not news worthy, move along, nothing to see here...

As usual.. If the Jags bet indeed hits consider taking some insurance for the final part of your bet. I think last week we had someone who hit everything and just needed the Saints to cover the spread to make over 1k from 86$.

Not sure if he took the insurance before the final game. I certainly hope so..

Jags 25

Steelers 19

Who the hell wants to play the Bill's a 3rd time? Seeing a team too often is boring.

Me. Save the exciting games for the regular season. Once the playoffs start, I'm all for boring, but assured, victories.

I think Jax covers but I'm waiting to maybe buy some points and get the +10.5 line, right now it's paying 1.54 if it gets close to 1.60 I'll put some money there but it seems that the money is going on the Jax side, the original spread is dropping.

If bortles plays like Foles did yesterday then they win imo. Gotta exploit their secondary.

Hey, just tuning into NFLN ... did Kurt Warner lose a bet? Or is he doing some funky wardrobe tho for a charity?

Steelers Inactives
No. 5 QB Joshua Dobbs
No. 11 WR Justin Hunter
No. 24 CB Coty Sensabaugh
No. 27 S J.J. Wilcox
No. 65 OT Jerald Hawkins
No. 71 OT Matt Feiler
No. 93 DT Daniel McCullers

Normally, I'll root for who I think will give us the easier game. but with these two teams, I'm just not sure, so I'm going to pull for the Jags, just because I can't stand the Steelers and Tomlin and they can't lose enough for me.

I want to see that elite Jacksonville defense destroy the Steelers again.

I want the Jags to win even if it might be a tougher matchup for the Pats because I can live with the Pats losing to them in the AFCCG. I cannot live with the Pats possibly losing to the Steelers.

Pats aren't losing to the Steelers.

No need to be irrational.

It'll either be a tight Jags win or a huge Steelers blowout. I'll say Jags 17, Squeelers 13.

I picked the Jags, but the Steelers are probably anxious to get to Foxboro to prove to themselves they can win. They will swear everything is different and still lose next week with both Brown and Bell playing.

I know we own them, but they were pretty close last time. Can't see Ben playing well enough on the road to win it though.
