Panthers Owner Being Investigated For Possible Workplace Misconduct

First step in this "investigation", understand what happened.

Second step, make it go away....quietly.

Bowles was CoS under Clinton. He aughtta know what inappropriate sexual misconduct looks like.
Unlike anyone working in the current administration...;)

Without knowing anything about this whatsoever, I'm going to go ahead and guess this is her fault and she's merely out for a very quick (and easy) payday.

Yep. I tend to think her money grab prompted the retainment of the law firm.

Like you I don't know the details.

In fact, it's no longer a guess. Without knowing any of the details at all about this, I know that's exactly what is happening. ;)

Men have to be careful or we’re going to really fall behind in this #metoo thing. We need to start making accusations of our own against powerful women.

Why is the actual misconduct not mentioned anywhere, yet there are so many reports out there dancing around it? What exactly did he do? I hear it will be close to improbably for it to be sexual in nature due to who he is.

This tells us:
The investigation is being led by international law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, and will be overseen by minority owner and former White House chief of staff Erskine Bowles, according to the Panthers.
... that a law firm paid by the Panthers and supervised by one Panthers owner is going to investigate another Panthers owner.

Gee, I wonder what the outcome will be?

This sounds like another episode of NJFL justice, IMHO.

However I'm sure it'll pass muster in North Carolina.

I thought so too. But now I wonder if this is a power play to try and oust Richardson so he can take over the team. Some of the leaks seem to suggest this isn't as tight of an investigation as it should be.

Finally, details are coming out. Sound like foot massages, back rubs, leg shaving kinda stuff. Also racial slur to a scout he paid off this year. hm......

I, initially, thought that the sexual misconduct would be overlooked (some excuse/payoffs), but the racial thing would stick; however, both are very sensitive topics right now. This could get ugly (I hope!). Somebody leaked this to make sure Richardson is punished...

He’s selling the franchise after the season.

all this sexual misconduct really blew up after the weinstein thing

im glad the real predators like harvey and cosby get what they have coming

but i hate it when people who just acted inappropriately get lumped in the same category

Wow. Selling the team. He must have f*cked up big time.

Well he was just Donald sterlinged.
