One of our best overall performances of the year so far. Great win and it's nice to be 8-2 and in complete control of the AFC East.

Cooks, Amendola, Dion and Dwayne Allen all played well and I thought Brady was excellent. Defensively, we keep improving as well. Thankfully, it seems no injuries either this game.

Karras also played well in stepping in for Andrews.

Let's discuss

Two great performances in a row.

I think we like altitude

Excellent game. They were well prepared and Raiders looked out of gas at the end of our first drive.

Ghost !!!!
Cooks !!!!
TB 12 !!!!

On to Dolphins

The offensive line continues to be top notch the last few weeks. Tom getting kept clean.

The Raiders (& Derek Carr specifically) were overrated by the media big time entering this season. That's an average team at best.

Great game all round, all 3 phases were very good.

Promising signs, the defense really has turned it around there's no denying the clear improvement anymore Oakland can score and were held to 8 points.

Good to see Gostkowski have a solid game too, Brady and the O just another good game as we expected going in.

The Pats' defense has given up 17 ppg or less for 6 straight games. Actually 75 over 6 games ( 12.5 ppg) I did a quick check to see when that had happened before in the Belichick era. Only twice previously and none in the last decade.

2001- weeks #12-17 and 3 playoff games- 9 games
2006- weeks #1-7- --------------------------7 games
2017- weeks #5-11-------------------------- 6 games* ( current)

#Patriots scoring defense improves to 20.3 points per game. Likely to be in the top 12.. going to guess they finish the year well within the top 10 in points allowed/game.

Not bad.

And none of it is really a surprise... it was a pretty boring two game stretch which I suppose is a good thing. Happy that we got out of the elevation double header without major injuries and with two away wins. Still 3 out of 4 away games upcoming...

5 man front was a good look for this matchup. Pats excellent play combined with the Raiders typical discipline issues and many drops were the key today. Game was won from coin toss on and never felt threatened at any point.

Very Satisfying game. Defense looked good. And whatever Oakland tried in their defence package, Tom had the answers. Gostkowski.... The kicker!!
