Jimmy G Sucks

Lol post of the day. Made laugh and feel better for 30 seconds.

What him being traded tells me he wasn't maybe all that to begin with I mean if BB really felt like he could be top 5 then he stays but what im trying to say is BB parting with him means he's replaceable and there's nothing to be upset about because if he wasn't replaceable then he stays even if it meant moving on from Brady which isn't the case

I think last year that Brady's essence and spirit was the driving factor behind Garoppolo's success. That factor's out.

He was freelancing out there too much.

.
Thought he could do whatever he wanted with that offense.

No wonder our offense is only third best.

It seems to me that the more likely scenario is the Brady has shown no dropoff in play, and has convinced BB and company that he does intend to play for multiple seasons beyond this.

Oh, yeah.... And JAG sucks!

I saw this thread title and laughed/admired someone for their sarcasm. Wait! This thread is real?
Jimmy G was not traded because he sucks. Jimmy G was traded because BB and staff believe what they were getting was right and/or needed at this time. Feel free to argue BB's logic or timing -- one day we can look back and make a fair determination -- but Jimmy did not suck. Just stop...

Now for the plus side: if the pick isn't moved in the next 20 hours then next draft their is a solid shot that the Patriots may pick 32 and 33. How friggin exciting is that? :)

Better a year early than a year lateo_O

Jimmy G was traded because his play in the exhibition season clearly showed he was in decline, and that was only going to get worse as he aged even more.

Tebow time!

Even you, the venerable DI, are in on the secret sarcasm??

Much of the team looked poor in preseason segueing to the first part of the season. Harsh to make a judgment on a guy for this year's preseason play when the meaningful snaps he took were very productive only 11 months prior. But it's all academic now because, alas, he is no more. He'll have to remain the man who filled in for Brady in such spectacular fashion that it inspired threads of 'Brady should retire' and the Utopian belief that the Patriots would continue their dominance without missing a beat once the GOAT hung up his cleats. :)

It was a script flip on Brady's age. I was doing it all summer. I'm very saddened that it was so forgettable. :(
