Or that both sidelines are clearly visible to everyone in the stands and on TV.

Falcons are filing a protest to the league. Their fog machine was not working properly and they are upset that the Patriots were allowed to continue using theirs.

Bill Nye the Science Guy just said that based on the weather, dew point and barometric pressure conditions in Foxboro Sunday night, that it was impossible for the fog to have been created naturally.

The Patriots were generally aware of the fog. Will they lose draft picks? There is precedent for weather=Patriot draft picks

Its more probable than not the Tom Brady was generally aware that having an outdoor stadium could result in fog on the field. 4 game suspension.

Belichick was considering testing the new snow machine in one of the preseason games, but someone, I think it was Josh, said that Goodell might be suspicious of an August blizzard in New England.
