Jets Suck -- 2017 Edition (Official): Countdown to Oblivion

Simple question: where do you post more often -- here, or on a Jete board?

You appear to continually disregard the fact that this is the JETS SUCK thread and therefore not where you'll find people interested in your bizarre hopes/dreams for better New Jersey football. But I suspect you realize that and resolve to come here anyway intent on trolling for attenti0n, even though you know beforehand most of it will be (deservedly) negative.

That seems unhealthy to me, but apparently is how you get your "gratification." So again, don't be-atch, moan, complain about others being "rude" or come crying "poor me I'm just a very nice pushover." No. In this thread, you have confirmed yourself time and again as a pathetically masochistic troll seeking to be abused. You enjoy it, and that's not our problem. Neither is your team's horrible track record approaching 50 years with no end in sight.
Hmmm....nice to see things haven't changed.
I'll check back in in a month or so.
My guess is, despite your posts, the thread will still be hijacked.

I am watching USC-Washington State right now. Darnold is playing like hot garbage. I can’t believe he is one of the best QB prospects of the last 20 years. I was hoping to see a really good performance, as I don’t watch much college football. I know he was great last season, but he has been really crappy so far in 2017.

Just listened to the broadcasters sounding like 9-year old girls talking about Darnold’s clutchness and practically guaranteeing he would come through with the game on the line. Down by 3, he gets the ball back with under 3 minutes, and on the second play has one of the worst fumbles I can recall seeing from a QB. Was he trying to throw the ball while his arm was being pulled down? Inexcusably poor ball security and awareness.

Then they cut to SportsCenter where Linda Cohn remarks this could hurt his Heisman chances! Heisman? The guy has 9 TDs and 8 INTs halfway through the season. I don’t think he has even been an average QB so far.

He's "tanking" the draft. One upped the Jete. "You ain't drafting me you freaking swamp slime".

So I guess the relevant question now is should the Pats draft Darnold if he slips to #32 or wait and hope he lasts until #64?

If the Pats didn't pick him at 32 would the Jete fear picking him in the 2nd round? "If BB didn't want him....."

Poor Jete, so conflicted -- stuck in purgatory once again. Tank? Not tank? At least they've found their present and future quarterback. McClown reportedly wants to play another six years.

Wait what? They're getting sucked into another 8-8 season? Shocker. Is 8-8 ok during a tank plan season? I'm confused. Where's our resident Jete? Can he explain how this works? Is the win devastating or glorious. Are the Jete high fiving or hanging heads low? Is this a secret plan behind the secret plan? Were we duped into thinking 0-16 only to see them thrash us with an 8-8? Phew boy. They sure pulled the wool over our eyes.

I doubt even he knows where he is -- his entire life is ephemeral, conditional and ambiguous, just like his team. But I find it refreshing that he isn't here so let's hope it's a trend.

Can he explain how this works?
Of course not.

Is the win devastating or glorious.
Both and neither. Much depends on whether his mother made dessert today and finished doing his laundry.

Yeah, it has all the earmarks of an unplanned plan.

F'ing brutal. Holy ****. Too funny.

Devastating for draft hopes. Management has to be pissed.
  1. Bring in Mccown
  2. Cut experienced vets/leaders
  3. Save a bunch of cap space
  4. Remove all WR talent
  5. Roll with an inexperienced Oline
What else can management do to lose?

...

But it is cool for this season. It's great watching this team develop so quickly. Especially on D.

Was hoping they missed the OT FG. A tie would have been better than the W.

Hell, as of now I think the Pats would have a better draft pick than the Jets. Pats 17th, Jets 18th. Smh.

One more win soon and the tank is screwed.

You are one messed-up green troll.

Meanwhile, while the Jets threw away a bunch of pieces so they could "tank" (which they are failing at), the Texans seem to have solved their quarterback issues. The Texans traded up to #13 where miraculously an ultra talented QB was available. Weird...I thought you could only get those guys at #1. When did the Jets pick again last draft?

Jets pass on Deshaun Watson, but they land a much-needed QB on defense

The intentional "tank" talk is a flimsy excuse Jete fans are using to rationalize poor management. It makes them feel better to imagine there's a real plan in place.

Not sure I feel better

NOW I feel better.

Got a line on a new QB in the next draft, but it's a secret, so..
