Dorian Johnson, Roderick Johnson, Peterman, Asiata and a bunch of very good TEs .. WRs..

Perine, Gallman..

What gives? I see Dorian Johnson high on a lot of mocks.

To move down we got Titans #124 but gave up our #200 pick. To move up we gave up the #124 pick and didn't get anything in return.

You have to adjust according to the board. Pats must felt someone was picking Garcia soon so they jumped the gun.

Yeah, that's what I just said. But maybe if you show me a tweet of the trade up where we get something for the #124 I'll give you a like!;)

Keep your F'ing like. :D I don't want it anymore.

This would be the savings and dead cap:
OT Waddle — 850.00 (savings) // 275.000 (dead cap)

Seeing this years OT market they might even trade him for a 7th rounder 2018...

Any of these three would further add to amazingness of this offseason

Hard to see Wilson though with his pre-draft issues..

Our Captain is high on him as well.

In April league acts like OL problems don't exist, drafting fancy “skill“ players . come season and free agency they wonder how is it possible they are in need of OL again..

@Wheelman

So the trade down: 72 + 200 for a 83 + 124

or in draft chart value: 230 + 11 (241) for 175 + 48 ( 223). 223 - 241 = - 18 so the Pats lose 18 draft points

To trade back up: 96 + 124 for a 85

or in draft chart value: 116 + 48 (164) for a 165 so the Pats lose 1 point.

So the Pats lost 19 total draft point value or the equivalent of a late 6th round pick.

What's the deal with Lawson slipping so far?

It's hard to know from a distance what happened with Wilson's pro day. The reports were weird...it may just be that he got some very bad advice.

But you see what I mean right?

Yes I do. If I added that all up correctly we lost the equivalent of a late 6th round pick.

FYI: That's based on the traditional draft value chart. There are newer value charts that have a slightly different value distribution which might make this trade even.

But the real value will be seen over the next few years. If any of those two guys become a regular starter both trades become a win.

Sprinkle, Roberts and Leggett all make me a little nervous for different reasons. Talk me into Roberts?

Biggest hands in the draft. A mountain of a TE. Solid blocker. Legit RZ threat. Still raw. Improving as receiver. Great upside. Starred in Shrine game.

But I can't really talk you into him bc I have reservations myself. Doesn't come across as a smart/mature guy/player.. Just have more reservations w Sprinkle..

Im intrigued by Pharoah Brown, Croom and some other udfas so I wouldn't mind if they don't go TE on Day 3.

My first love is Kittle, from before he was on any board. Now he's pricy, might not make it to 131. But he is the purest example of a football player and if he comes in it will be just too much.

The guy with most upside as a #1 TE to me is Leggett. I don't have reservations re his inconsistency/attitude . since the whole coaching staff reportedly met him at Combine so they know. He would have a chance for greatness in NE . if he passed the test.
