He's being a yahoo. He also made a similar poll with "Who would you pick? Plunkett or Grogan". Pay him no mind.

If he's trying to generate support, it's totally backfired. But he's not the only one that tries this stuff.

Those unis were hot. LOL

I saw Elvis of the Pelvis at Boston Garden in 1971 or 72. He was already starting to pack on some pounds and didn't look as good then as he does in that picture.

We were all laughing at the old ladies (they were probably in their 30's and 40's) that were sitting in the row in front of us. They went nuts when he walked on the stage.

Yeah it's just a logo poll. I took it as a just for fun and discussion thread.

@rochrist come on bud, we need your vote we are losing about 2 to 1.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and to me the Pat Patriot logo is easily a better looking one than the Flying Elvis. If the logos were reversed in time and Pat had all the Brady games then he could win over Elvis by a much greater margin.

This poll or one just like it comes up every year about this time. I could have told you the results and the comments before any were written. There is a decent sized contigent of old timers who like the old logo...usually about 30-40% although this one is looking worse then that. The problem with it is it brings up bad memories and more importantly the much more modern looking flying Elvis is associated with being the best franchise in sports. No matter how often this poll gets posted the flying Elvis is here to stay so it's be better to get behind and support it

You've been trounced, face it. Pummeled. Pounded, by a superior opponent.

You know, I'd like to see them seriously consider a picture of Danny Amendola for the team logo.

Now that you mention DA, if he shaved off his mustache, added a lot of nose and chin, grew his hair long, colored it blue and red and went into a strong wind tunnel, we'd have that ugly Elvis logo matched perfectly.

Well I love the Red and Whites retro uni's, I don't really care so much about the logo.
you don't love the retro uni's. you are obsessed with them. this pole must be soul crushing for you lol.

Poll taking a beating from all the Newbie, bandwagon jumping Pats fans...
Right. Like the ones who remember Randy Vataha.

They have zero PROUDLY wearing the Flaming Elvis. Not proudly.
Careful. Usually the "not proud of winning" claim is followed by CHEATRIOTS coach by Bill BELICHEAT. That is NOT where you are going, right?

This is an insanely dipshyt comment. And in these replies where you are rallying the posters that you know are on your side to vote....are you under the impression that "winning" this poll of yours will somehow get the logo changed? I'm on record as liking both, and preferring a hat with Pat on it, but it is to be saved for throwbacks because Elvis is a winning logo. Isn't this one of the first things Kraft did when he bought the team? It isn't going anywhere. May be time to end this obsession, this is a white whale you can't harpoon.

I like winning Superbowls

If anyone notices a thread to bring back the jail break jersey on the Steelers forum, please let me know. :D
