No one has been saltier than Joe Tool after SBLI.

My father worked for a major corporation around 20 years ago. The company had a relationship with Joe Montana that paid Joe Montana and his father significant money. Initially everybody was excited about having Joe on board. Turns out, the Montanas are not what they seem. I can't go into details, but let's just say that they are greedy, manipulative and not good people.

I am not surprised that Joe wouldn't answer the question.

He should "go upstairs to masturbate."

It's all about the Benjamins......How much would Joe lose if he wasn't considered the GOAT ?

The funniest part of all this is that he thinks the world needs his permission to take away GOAT status and give it to Brady. People are only asking him because they're curious if he'll finally recognize it, not because they're seeking permission. Makes him look stupid.

Agree with this totally.

When was it determined that Joe Montana is some arbiter of who gets to decide who the GOAT QB is?

Hey Joe, Tom Brady is the Gr8est QB of All Time.

Just an fyi, since I thought you might like to know.

No need to respond, this is just informational for you.

People are only asking him because they're curious if he'll finally recognize it...

So he hangs in there, ever the contrarian... Joe, Marshall Faulk, Francesa, and two toothless meth-head Colts fans living in a van down by the river. The only holdouts!

I think Brady is the best of all time. But I bet the people trashing Montana the most never saw him play - or at least during his greatest years. Someone said Montana was trying to stay relevant - he is a 4-time SB champ, 3-time SB MVP and will always be relevant. He also played against some of the meanest, greatest defenses of all-time - the Giants and the Bears to name 2. I did see Montana play and he was an awesome QB.

Some people just can't accept when they've been surpassed.

FWIW, if the day ever comes that someone surpasses Brady in both rings and MVPs, I'd bet he'll be the first to acknowledge that they're the GOAT.

The general consensus here since about 2007 has been that Brady and Montana are 1-2 in some order for GOAT. There may be some places that undersell how good he is, but here is not one of them.

I think its pats fans who are getting worked up over this than Brady himself. "HOW CAN EVERYONE NOT CALL US AND OUR QB GREATEST??!!!". Who cares really ..

Brady won with great coaches to above average players. Joe won with All-Star talent in jerry rice and a great coach. 49ers won a super bowl without Montana nobody questions his greatness. Brady leading his team to a 18-1 season a few plays away from 19-0, the following year gets injured and cassel couldnt bring a 18-1 team to the playoffs and people have the nerve to say Brady is a system quarterback.

I always admired Montana as a quarterback. It's sad to see that the man is not as big as the athlete. Some record setters acknowledge those that pass them and just say "records were made to be broken." Others behave like children who had their ball taken away by a bigger kid.

Finally an explanation on why Joe would do business with that shady sexual predator HGH Forehead. Thanks for the insight!

You sound like you've watched Montana play. So tell me, was it easy to tell Jerry Rice was using stickum to catch the balls?

By then Brady will probably be in a position to issue an executive order confirming it.

:D

He didn't drop many. But he did not bathe in it like Biletnikoff.

Three reasons I don't care for Papa Johns
  • Peyton
  • Jerrah owns a bunch of them in Texas
  • Montana
4. Crap pizza
5. He gives away 2 million pizzas, but doesn't provide health care.

Ego maniac...if you can't be an athlete, be an athletic supporter (jock sniffer).

TB12 considers Montana his mentor, always complimenting him. Why can't Joe do the same? Look at what he said here:

Such excuse-making on Joe's part. TB has surpassed him by a country mile and he feels his legacy has been "intruded" or "infringed". Definition of butt-hurt.

Thats Tom. Always gracious, courteous and respectful of the men who played it.

...and here is Joe Montana, a narcissistic douchbag.
