Is it too crazy to hope for that trade? I would love them to get Myles Garrett

Yes.
But if Cleveland could be baited to do it, next move would be to trade it for multiple lower first round picks (or mid 1st, high 2nd or whatever the fair value is). In effect this would be another middle finger to Goodell by getting our stolen picks back.

Brady is gonna be 40 by the first game of next season.. I wish Jimmy was under contract for 3 more years. I just have this gut feeling he is going to be a top 10 QB for many years to come.

From afar Brisset seems to have the attitude to succeed but does he have the talent?

But even if Brady falls off in the next 2 seasons I could suffer for a year or 2 knowing that Brady retires a Patriot and will go down as the best ever.

Giselle is asking him to retire.. o_O

Jimmy is gone....I just hope they trade him someplace other than the Browns, he seems like a good guy.

yeah, the #1 is crazy.....but their #12 isn't

if cleveland is smart they draft myles garret with the 1 and try and get JG with their 12.....how about their 12 and 4th?

then trade the 12 for a lower 1 and another pick.....that's belichekian

I know that's how Bill always does it, but we are so deep, it would be amazing to have a young game changer at DE. At this point, a rookie contract could very well run thru the end of the Brady/Belichick era, so Bill wouldn't have to worry about re-signing a superstar.

i'd love to see a pick made with the 12 for JG, don't get me wrong

There is no way we will get #1 the Browns are too high on Garrett as the next Clowney. What could happen is if Chicago and San Fran get bidding against each other #6 or #2 could be tossed in then #12 from Cleveland wouldn't be enough. #12 and #33? Yes please. My god this team would be absolutely loaded for 3 outta 4 bookend dynasties for Brady's career.

the question is, is SF seriously interested in a trade for Cousins? and does that help or hurt the trade value for JG?

gotta think the 2 for cousins sets a pretty similar bar for JG, but it also removes a potential landing spot

Makes more sense for them to grab Garrett and trade # 12 for Jimmy. Which is fine by me.

I'd rather have multiple later picks.

Now that shanahan is in San Fran, I expect them to sign a retread veteran qb that has played for him in the past.

early reports have him liking cousins (who is locked if they franchise him again) and JG

Goodell would then immediately try to fine us our 1st overall pick once the trade is completed for having "too many good qbs on our roster and it's not fair to the league"

If CLE, SF, or CHI won't offer 1,2, or 3, why doesn't Jax offer us the #4? They might be a decent team if they can land a QB, none of the projected #4 picks would be much of a difference maker to them, #4 would be too good for us to pass on.

I don't get the 'The no 1 is unrealistic' thing. Either teams believe Jimmy is a franchise QB and if that's the case, then they should be willing to offer even more than the no 1. If they don't think he's a franchise QB, then don't waste your picks.
