i would love to see us destroy the falcons but that's doubtful..

this will come down to the final possession like always!!:D:(

Flawed premise.

I want to see a great game that is a blowout.

I want to see the Patriots play a great game, near-perfect on both sides of the ball against a worthy opponent that simply gets out-executed on every play.

I want to see the O line give Brady in a clean pocket whenever he drops back to throw, and open huge running lanes for Blount, Lewis and White whenever they carry the ball. I want to see Brady make more plays like the "Jordan Jordan Jordan" audible, reading the Falcons defense like a child's book and shredding them like paper. I want to see Marty and Hogsn and Jules and Dola and Mitchell and even Floyd show their ability to read the coverages from that same page as Brady and have a field day.

On the defensive side of the ball I want to see the front read and react so when Ryan drops back to pass he is pressured and contained, and when it's a run there are no open holes, with Chung doing his usual great run support. I want to see Julio doubled successfully while Ryan shuts down his college roommate Sanu and Butler or Rowe, whichever one isn't covering Jones, blankets Gabriel while the LBs handle the backs and TE.

I want to see Ghost and Allen at their usual level of excellence, Slater and Ebner showing how good gunners can be, and whoever is back to receive kicks and punts getting some running room for good return yardage.

In short I want to see the Patriots play as well as we know they can, so that on Monday after the game the mediots are all saying the Patriots still have not been tested, despite the Falcons having fought hard and played well.

Anything with the word blow in it.

I want it 21-3 @ halftime, (Patriots 21, obv) 28-10 3rd Q, 42-20 final.
Seems doable, right?

Pessimist.

21-3 @ halftime is ok. but why do you want the Pats to fall apart in tehe second half?
35-6 third quarter.
42-10 final.

I just wish the game was today. The NFL should get rid of the bye week before the SB.

Disagree. It's been a long season, let the players have a week to heal so we can see them at their best. Or at the best they can be in the nineteenth (or possibly twentieth, for wild card teams) game of the season.

it can also make them rusteee... they already had a bye

good teams make runs/comebacks, im assuming 20 pts with a late garbage td ;)

Exactly. I'm trying to be realistic, so I allowed them a frantic rally in the 4th, a TD & fg. Note that we score 2 TD's in the 4th though....

Hoping for a blowout, expecting a nail-biter. Especially with that 0 scoring pattern in the first quarter. And they could be the best offense we have faced so far in the SB.

I would like it if there was criticism about whether we tried to run up the score!

I guess part of the deal Bill made with the devil is that in exchange for success, all of our SB win and losses will be nail biters.

...in a nutshell:D....

Seriously?

Next question : would you prefer to make $1M a year or $50K.

Well, after taxes that $1M is really only like...
Ok, I see your point.

I have a better one:
When the playground bully picks a fight with the new kid, is he looking for a tough, close battle or a good ol' beat down to let everyone know who's boss?

I can't handle another close one.

I want a blowout and I want Brady to say to Goodell what Affleck said to Rosamund Pike in Gone Girl.
