For the most part I actually like Mike. I think his takes on the Patriots are clouded and absurd. Your entitled to your opinions whether you disagree or agree with what I said about his take on this team

His NFL show on Sunday doesn't get broadcasted nationally? The point of the show isn't to talk about the NFL?

They would rather talk about other peoples football than hockey and the Knicks/Nets are awful. I don't know of any NY sports radio that can talk hockey, Michael Kay tried when the Rangers made their cup run a few years ago and had to be corrected a few times.

His bias towards BB is personal and thus he is unprofessional and should have been fired years ago. He helped make the station so they put up with his crap.

The Mike Francesca Sunday show is strictly an NFL show. It always has been it always will be whether or not New York football is involved in the playoffs or not

I actually have no idea, I thought you were referring to him moving from YES to FOX1

I can honestly say that I've never watched or listened to him, except in a clip on another show...so, that's pretty much what I think of that, FWIW.

no NY sports radio talking head is going to be fired for disliking BB on a personal level, he believes all that spygate NFL coverup stuff but nobody is going to say boo let alone fire him over it.

New York sports fans and WFAN fans will really disagree with the header of this post. For the most part, Mike has been a big BB, Patriot, and Brady fan. He often uses this praise to knock down the JETS--and their players and coaching. I don't know what he's been saying lately but in the past he's often praised the PATS to the hilt.

Actually Boomer tries to talk hockey all the time, and it has gotten to the point thatcarton lets him do so more now than ever before.
