I wouldn't be the least he surprised if this is somehow related to the time his dogs killed a gigantic horse.

He's still a damn lunatic after all these years.

They should have locked him up and thrown away the key after the first giant horse incident.

i think it was a miniature horse.

too bad michael vick wasn't on the steelers back then. that horse might still be alive.

ps...i kid i kid !!

As predicted by your neighborHOOD friendly Joe Kerr....5 YEARS ago. THE original NFL thug prototype.

The sad part of this is the Steelers and their holier than thou scumbag owners KNEW Joey was a bad seed and COULD have helped him with psychological counseling Instead , they used him up and when they were done, let him abscond to the WORST possible city in the country, Miami.

Joey Porter in ******* shocker...

It makes you feel blessed to be a Patriot....you never see O'Shea or Scar attacking police.

This might become thread worthy, if the reason for the arrest is anything of interest. As of now, though, not so much.

This thread is a success for no other reason than it brought an all-time classic poster like @Keegs out of hiding. Thanks, @patchick!

Well, our coaches are probably constantly working and don't have much opportunity to go out. Things are probably a lot looser around Tomlin than BB. (my impression).

Plus, Porter has been an instigator/agitator since his playing days. He is what we thought he was.

This guy is not right in the head! Very sad!
And he might not be in the right thread, either. Very sad, indeed. Come, Watson, the Game is on!

A Rabbi, a Priest and Joey Porter walk into a bar.

I don't what the punch line is but there must be a joke in there somewhere.

Does goodell have the authority to punish a coach for conduct that is detrimental to the *integrity of the league?

I know that it wouldn't apply in this case, as the Rooneys sit at goodell's cool-kids table, and are therefore exempt from any rules that apply to the rest of the league. But I was just curious if coaches can be punished for being sh!theads

I'm going to need to hear what the "terroristic threat" was.

Folks - - remember, this happened in PITTSBURGH, with hometown bouncers and hoemtown cops.

Even that inside the department "clean up artist" the Steelers employ could not extricate this one.

Must have been VERY bad and VERY public.

Roid Rage

$25,000 bond?!?!

That's felony territory. He's doing time.

That doesn't matter. This kind of thing is nothing compared to the horrendous antics of the Patriots. This will just go away quietly. If it were those nasty Pats, it would be severe ramifications

Isn't that the same ****sucker who brought up the headsetgate after week 1 last year?
