Favorite Pats HC...Bill wasn't really appreciated until we started winning...but regardless of his W-L record, he's always been a winner as a person, and that's what counts!!

Love BB but in terms of sheer charisma, Tuna blows all HCs out of the water.

1. Tom Brady
2. Drew Bledsoe
3. Steve Grogan
4. Jim Plunkett
5. Troy Brown

Patriots QBs have always had to be tougher than most. What wasn't Troy Brown to this team?

Now I am really confused

pazrul72 had Bledsoe on his list and not Brady, and you list Brady as #1 and you list Brady over Bledsoe but disliked my post, What am i missing?

People are drinking.

I don't know how anyone could have a list without John Hannah and Andre Tippett. Hannah was the greatest guard of his generation and maybe ever. Tippett is one of few Patriots in the Hall and played his entire career in New England. Those both got to be on my list. Brady is of course the top of that list but 4&5 could be a bunch of people.

perhaps some are young?

I wouldnt expect anyone born after 80ish to understand

If I was in a game I had to win and had my pick of all time Pats QB's, I'd choose in this order:

1. Brady
2. Grogan
3. Plunkett
4. Parilli
5. Flutie
6. Dowling
7. Kapp

OK, now I'm having to pick between Drew and Tony, I dunno...

Well, Eason was 3-1 on the road in the playoffs...

...think I might go with Jimmy G.

Pre-90

Steve Grogan
Ray Clayborn
Andre Tippett
Julius Adams
John Hannah

Post 90

Tom Brady
Ty Law
Logan Mankins
Ben Coates
Troy Brown

that is kind of how i would have to break it up

Coates and not Gronk?

Reverse-recentism.

PS, I noticed one guy had ONLY Flying Elvis era (and I think only Brady era)... it is what it is ah reckon

i think with gronk, you imagine him doing it long term.

Favorite LB's? Buoniconti, Nelson, Hunt, Zabel, Vrabel, Tippett, Bruschi, At ease Hightower!, Johnson, McGinest, Mayo, Muhammad, Jugdish, Sydney, and Clayton:D

Im 45 and thought about Hog and Tip but they weren't players I had an emotional attachment to.

They are HoFs and great Patriots no question.
I remain scared to death of John Hannah, today. Love him, still...

Tip's done karate with locals around here...I get to see his picture every day I go to work

Brady
Rodney
Gronk
Willie
Jules

Its so hard.

Growing up as a kid in the early/mid 80s I have a greater emotional attachment to players in that era. My namesake, Clayton Weishuhn, etc.

But guys like Brady, Troy and Rodney would have thrived in that era because of the type of players they are.

With that said on any given day I could change my mind and pick Fred Marion over Rodney or Grogs over Brady or Steve Nelson over Bruschi and its not because they were better players, its just who I embraced in my childhood.
