Relax. They beat Jacoby Brissett.
What is it with you heaping praise on an opponent that wouldn't have been in the same building if we had EITHER Brady or a healthy Garoppolo playing? Are you a closet Bills fan?Is anybody seriously saying we lost this game on Brissett thumb?
If not then the credit to Bills is due. They shut out the same team that shut out Texans last week.
With the same “3rd-string-rookie-etc“ QB.

They don't deserve any credit. Refs cost us 17-21 points
Today's head ref is over the hill and really pretty bad. The officiating today sucked. Didn't cost the Patriots the game, though. Were you watching the game? I just can't agree with this assessment. The Bills beat us handily on the scoreboard and in the eye test.
I was mad at the penalties on the Pats as well, but I was mad at the Pats players for committing them (not at the refs for calling them).
They outplayed the Patriots from start to finish. That loss is on the entire team. No one played or coached very well with one or two exceptions. It's everyone's fault except Tom Brady.

The way I'm looking at it is this was GOODELL'S victory, not a Bills victory. Buffalo won because Brady was suspended and Garoppolo was hurt, I can't give them credit for that. I knew going in the Patriots would have trouble winning this game. With Brady or a healthy Garopplo, the Patriots win this game 28-16.Even with a third string QB, I (and I'm sure many others) still fully expected to win.
I don't think there is anything wrong with giving the Bills some credit for having a good game plan and executing a good game plan en route to a victory that not many saw coming. The score was 16-0 but it felt like 40-0. I don't see any harm with giving them credit for being more prepared and up to the challenge than us.

Their 4 consecutive super bowl appearances, approaching 20 years ago is still a feat not repeated and even those who beat us in those games have stated going back 4 times to lose is a feat unto itself believing it to be more difficult to do than going back and winning 2. You're vaunted patriots, maybe one of the best foot ball teams of all time.... but the trophy case isn't empty and neither is the hall of fame. the older generation patriots fan base tries to forget those years, but they did exist.Congrats to them though. They beat an injured 3rd string QB. Maybe they can put a trophy in their empty trophy case for this game
Bills can only play who is on the field and vice versa. They got the win. Congrats.
16 points is not going to be enough to beat a Tom Brady led team.
