My god, I would rather stay another year off the market than signing with the Browns, also, this signing is bad for both sides, RG3 going to that QB cemetery and for the Browns that just had an awful experience with another prima donna me first QB.

Also Shefter reports they are still willing to take a QB in the draft to develop, that can become another RG3 - Cousins situations pretty quick, they have the #2 pick and will probably get the #1 QB on their board because the Titans already have their QB.

I can't wait

Glad RGIII went to Cleveland. I don't know if he'll ever recover from that crap-show in Washington, but I didn't want to find out with him in a Donkey's uniform.

Since we didn't seriously pursue Forte, Ivory or Starks, I feel it a good bet Blount will be returned in a similar committee role. Which isn't a disastrous situation.... High hopes for Lewis' ability to bounce back from his ACL injury but that usually takes 2 years not 1 to fully heal. IE Wes Welker

Hmm he already missed an entire year of football in 2015, I'm not sure he could expect to be looked upon seriously if, when presented with the only option where it was likely for him to win a starting job in 2016, he chose to sit out instead because the team's history sucks. It's a good deal for him because it's legit chance to win a job and rehab his career both in play and reputation, and it's a good deal for them because they don't really have anything to lose and he's pretty clearly got the most upside of any of the other available retread free-agent QBs.

I would agree it seems like a potentially unnecessary drama if they fully intend on taking Goff at #2. Hue Jackson was raving about him, which could mean he loves him or could mean "call us with trade offers please". That roster needs so much work though, if they trade down for more picks or draft OL/DL there, I'll start to think maybe they're finally getting smarter over there.

Seriously, why would he go there? So the team can draft a QB at 2 overall and he can be back to fighting for his job all over again? In the wasteland known as Cleveland?

Maybe that was the only team to show real interest? It will be interesting to see if Hue Jackson can revive his career.

The only thing i can think of Ross, is maybe they are the only team that offered him a shot at being the number 1 qb in an open competition.

And his Baylor teammate Josh Gordon is there.

Keep stocking up.

Heck yeah! I'm pumped for this signing! Wanted him or Boldin but I think Washington has a lot more left in the tank.
He's also had some success with an offense that is similar* to the Pat's.

I know im like a broken record on this topic but while its not a disastrous situation I just dont see the point of it. Blount has little to no impact on the passing game and then the passing game struggles and they try to run the ball Blount again is pretty much a non factor. He racks up yards and big runs when games are a blow-out.

Bills resign Hankerson will be interesting to log his and Hogans seasons.
On a side note we should still draft Garret or try to get Gordon this is all.

At this point BB should take corners at 60 and 61. or trade them to move to the 35 to 45 spot a get a corner they really want..... gimme a swing OT and hellooooooooo training camp

He needs to take whatever he can get. LA would have been an awesome opportunity if they had real interest.

Falcons signed OLB Courtney Upshaw, formerly of the Ravens
