So, put this in the BS category.. The Pats would have to restructure J. McCourty's deal to fit him under the cap.

There is also a fake Rapoport account out there so be careful.

Report: Patriots have interest in Jason McCourty

PFT is reporting it via Rapoport. However, they make it clear it is pretty far from actually happening.

They don't have the ammunition to make a big trade right now. I don't expect much.

I'd give them our first round pick in next years draft. Do it Bill what do you have to lose?

And don't worry about the salary cap thing, just give Elway a call for some advice - I'm sure he could come up with something to work around that pesky cap.

Mortensen reports the Patriots are interested in 11 of 12 McCourtys.

There was something above (one of the Twitter things) just now from an Andy guy and I clicked and it said he was traded to the RED SOX, FFS!
