I hate to say I told you so, but it looks like I made the right call not watching this travesty.

The NFL has one option, and it's the nuclear option. NE has the dirt on the league's tacet approval of their cheating over the last 15 years, and exposure of that fact will be catastrophic for the game we all love.

I'll watch the other 31 teams but not the cheaters. In my mind they do not exist.

**** no, besides Denver any other NFL games are unwatchable, between the commercials and the favoritism and the cheating and insufferable commentary from the self aggrandizing announcers it's insufferable.

Don't forget not turning off the coach-to-QB radio in Brady's helmet. They'd leave it on and tell Brady where open receivers were as he played. Basically Brady's a fraud too because he had someone in his head for several years telling him who was open.

These rumors have been around for years.

Also, someone sitting in a press box, above the field, has a better view than a guy standing behind an offensive line. All of this stuff seems within them as an organization that has proven to skirt rules in the name of victory. And its worked for them. So i guess you win.

The Patriot Way is alive and well. It is nothing but systemic cheating that is designed to gain every possible edge over your opponent. Hire a guy to find ways to exploit the rules and find weaknesses in security. Film the sidelines. Deflate the balls. Steal play sheets. **** with radio signals. Maintain plausible deniability or just plain lie when caught. Make the NFL, which operates largely on an honor code and doesn't want to spend anything on enforcement or security, come after you. Eventually, the league will get tired of chasing their tails, and you can do whatever you want.

In every other game that doesn't involve the Patriots, these same lunk heads will be complaining that it was the refs fault for why the team they wanted to win didn't.

What Godell has created is a situation where anyone can say the Pats cheated, at any time with no retribution involved.

I read that Steelers thread last night, there are plenty of gems in it. There was one I read and I can't remember where that a guy was hinting that the Patriots have MIT and Harvard near by to help them cheat with the radios.

People actually think that an NFL team hires IVY league schools to help them cheat. That's the world we live in now....

Is anyone on this forum a Psychologist? I'd love to hear a scientific explanation for some of these far out paranoid NFL fans. They are on the level of the fake moon landings, 9/11 inside job, JFK Grassy knoll shooter, ancient aliens, Bigfoot got me pregnant type theories.

This is something most of us have long suspected. It kind of feels like Goodell going after Brady was just PR theatrics to make us think that's not the case. Them outright lying about the headset malfunctions and clearly show no interest in investigating the matter proves what's really going on as far as I'm concerned.

All it takes is to read this sh*t for you to understand how well ESPNFL and the NFL have done in painting that picture. If anyone was still in doubt about anything outsiden of NE fandom, there you go. The world thinks we cheat to win every game. Nobody is ever going to look at anything objectively about the Patriots again until they start to lose consistently, whenever that happens. I feel like it's been my mantra, but what about the Falcons? What about the Browns? What about the Panthers? Nobody gives a sh*t because ESPNFL has not told them they should. They're too busy telling the world to despise those dirty, rotten scoundrels at 1 Patriots Place. For those who will not have to urge to hurt something, someone or themselves, go read some of that stuff and let it sink in.
