Let's talk Gronk

I don't know about everyone else here, but to me he looked 90-95% of the old Gronk. Beating linebackers with speed and athletesism and DB's with size and muscle. He even had that typical Gronk touchdown negated by a terrible phantom holding call. If he continues to progress, I have no fears about our offense. With him, JE, and Lafell, and Wright beginning to pick up the offense, we have the firepower on offense to go very deep...let's just pray the Oline holds up. Discuss...

I've been saying for weeks that he looks more like himself with each game. He's got his conditioning up now too. He still is getting better in the blocking game. Gronkowski is THE BEST tight end in football. I know Graham is sexy (not in the female kind of way). He's more flash and he does make plays. I'm not hating on him. But Gronk he is not. Gronk is ALL-WORLD when he is healthy.

But that's the issue. He even went down for a spell today and my heart was in my throat, especially since it looked like he reached for his leg at first. Will he ever play a full season? How many seasons can he last this way? The man takes so much punishment. I just love watching him play, though.

It's like deja vu from last year. Offense went from garbage to possibly top 5 once he got going full speed.

We all know Gronk is awesome!

The beast is back. But I hold my breath every time he takes a hit and has a hard time getting up.

Said it better than I ever could....This team us extremely dangerous once the old Gronk is back.

His TD may gave been taken away, but the skills he showed on that play will strike fear in every team...YOU MADE GRONK mad, and you won't like him when he is mad!!!!

Yep, completely opens up the offense. ALso gives Brady someone who's a decent option even when covered by an average sized DB [ although looks like Tyms may provide one more ]

Yeah.Seems like every defender is going for his knees,I cringe a lot when a ball comes his way...then I'm happy when he makes a catch and bowls over a few guys...what a beast.

I almost collapsed when he landed on his surgically repaired knee and had a hard time getting up. The entire season flashed before my eyes. Please don' leave us Gronk

You're right. They are all going for that knee.

Stop running Gronk up the seams. It's effective but we need him in January. I don't think he will be healthy if they're gonna use him like that for 10 more games. They had the right idea in the first month. I don't care if we are 10-6 give me a healthy Gronkey-Kong and I like our chances.

The thursday game makes me nervous because I'm sure the dirty JEST will take cheap shots at Gronk

It appeared he was testing his knees when he stood up trying to put weight on them.
