They're wasting Manning's potential by not getting him enough weapons and a real defense

What QB in the history of the league, would of won that game if they started in Peyton's place?
Umm, TFB... as long as our coaching staff replaces Denver's, too.

He didn't choke, but I'm sure as hell glad he got his ***** kicked! :rocker:

Brady, Montana, several others.

That was a choke.

Manning put his team in a horrible position with those INTs. Down 1 score, you cannot throw the ball up to anyone like that.

no, please, don't hurt meeeee......

Welker's post-game interview: "Well, ya know .... Ya know ... I mean, ya know, it was ... Ya know."

I absolutely loved that Safety. Funfkopf's sychophants think he's so darn smart because
of all his attention-grabbing pre-snap histrionics; so what happens on the very first play
from scrimmage...Schadenfreude baby, that's what.

If you think that game came down to 2 plays, then we weren't watching the same game. With or without those picks, Denver never had a chance in that game.

All it would have taken to keep that as a competitive game was having a QB who didn't soil himself. Unfortunately for Denver, they had Peyton Manning, instead.

In a game where you are lucky to posses the ball 12 times, throwing 2 picks, fumbling and allowing a safety is giving up 1/3of your offensive possessions.

Considering that Peyton could only lead his team to 8 points, allowing 9 directly off a safety and a pick 6 plus XP means Manning's mistakes directly cost his team more points than they scored. Thats not factorimg in even the other points scored after his other turnovers.

Seattle didn.t need any other offense other than that offered directly to them by Peyton

So 43-8 or 9-8, either way Denver loses because he could not overcome the deficit directly created by himself..

I can't remember who posted this in the Super Bowl forum, but I really liked it.
