It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Wes and Julian don't fulfill the same role.I know we were all worried when JE went down with an injury. But wow his back up has really step in and done a great job. I tell you that Wes kid is pretty good.
I guess it's just not possible to give Welker well-deserved praise without denigrating Edelman.
I don't regard this thread as a knock on Edelman as much as a criticism of the coaching staff. Well deserved, IMO.

Sorry, "I know we were all worried when JE went down with an injury..." drips with sarcasm about Edelman's abilities, or lack thereof. Thus, I call BS on this one.Exactly, there ARE those of us that like JE as much as most but thought it was an absolute joke that Welker barely got in the game week 1 and early part of week 2.
I hope JE is a Patriot for a long long time but I fully support the premise of this thread. Whoever was behind the decision to leave Welker in a limited role or try to 'phase him out' deserves it 100%.

The purpose of this thread was light-hearted humor at WW's very limited role week 1 and 2, not a knock on JE.
Keep in mind I also found humor in "Brady" being Cassel's back up.
