LMAO@"TYPOES"..... go back to grade school, dumb ass.

Actually it's quite reflective of your lack of social life and why you act like a douchebag at this forum. We all know you're a loser in real life.

8 posts a day for a team that plays 16-20 games a season. Yup. You need to get a life. And if you're that active here in off-season and still haven't landed a job in the front office, you're obviously wasting your time.

Or in other words: Someone who speaks before he thinks. What many refer to as "an idiot".

What are you rambling about at this point? You are a joke of a human being and obviously misunderstood this thread since the OP.

You were saying Coples would be a DE in our 34 despite weighing 285lbs. That alone kills your credibility.

Couldn't you ahve dropped it? Or like that guy, did you not get the picture when a fair few posters in this sub-forum have said take it elsewhere?

Kindly eff off unless you're going to post something productive rather than slate each other.

+1. Can we stick to draft talk please and not turn every thread into a huge pissing contest.

FYI: Arkansas' pro day is tomorrow.

It would be awesome to have a player named "Childs" and none other than Chad "Child, please" Johnson on the same team playing the same position.

Yes it would, except for the part where Ochostinko is still on the team.

Childs reportedly had a very good one too. I'm high on him.

Childs may just have worked himself into the top-100. Wright stood on his combine #s, and Adams still can't run a 40 < 4.5 seconds.

Bequette, OTOH, says that if teams want to see him bench press, then they can go get a video of it later. Nice. Unless he does a personal workout somewhere that's lights-out, then I won't consider him until our 3rd-rounder.

Uh-oh. Maybe you should have posted the whole situation, not just take the quote out of context to present Bequette in bad light.
Former Hogs Participate in Pro Day – The Arkansas Traveler
He skipped the bench press, the only test he also didn’t participate in at the combine. He is still recovering from a tweaked pectoral muscle that occurred while working out in Irvine, Calif., where his representation, Athletes First, is headquartered.

“It’s just kind of nagging,” Bequette said. “It wasn’t worth going out there and benching at the combine and pro day and risk further injury. So I’ve got to wait and do it later. I’m going to bench at some point and if some teams want a video of it they can get it.

So easy to take the quote out of context to present players in bad light.

Bequette has plenty of power, he posted an 405 bench press before the start of this last season. Arkansas Football Testing Numbers: Top 40s and Bench Press - ArkansasSports360.com

i meant coples since i heard thats where rex is playing him

Him yeah. He will be playing 43 LDE/ 34 LDE. Wil have to bulk up 10-15 lbs more.

its called making a prediction, nitwit

he was spot on about cunningham.........they pats basically drafted a practice squad player in teh 2nd round. at least pierre woods could do special teams
i don't think he can be called a bust after what he showed his first year. He was hurt last year. This is typical of a lot of the posters on here, its a 'what have you done for me in the last game mentality. If a player isn't in pro bowl consideration right from the first time they step on the field they're a bust. I remember the cleveland game in '10 some people wanted to cut gronk cause he fumbled and had an int.

Not really........he had plenty of PT in 2010 and showed little to nothing

The OP was right -- this thread was worth it. At least, BB agrees Bequette was good value @ 90. Bedard thinks he can play the "elephant" position this year, perhaps play more than even C. Jones.

Shows the virtue of keeping an open mind as well as engaging in civil discussion. Some posters clearly feel they have such superior insight on capabilities (not withstanding that every personnel scout will admit they are engaging in projections which may or may not pan out), that they attack other posters. Argue the point, don't attack the poster. BB's choice shows that he thought Bequette was worthy of being drafted w/ a valuable 3rd round pick.

Hilarious.

You guys better hope I was right!

This is information directly from rivals.com and it is a good description why I like the pick:
Displays a strong bull rush, gets his hands under the pad level of defenders, keeps his base down, feet under him and can overwhelm on contact. Not overly sudden when asked to disengage through contact and change directions, but creates havoc in the backfield and will work till the whistle. Has experience playing on both sides of the line of scrimmage at the college level and I could see him doing the same in the NFL as well. Is a solid run defender, plays the run game with integrity, finds the football quickly and works hard in pursuit. Not overly fluid/flexible when asked to breakdown closing from the backside, but works hard to get there and puts himself in position to consistently make plays on the ball carrier.
