allready excited now...game will be at dark night here in Europe...yes...a little bit nervous as always in the play-offs...Go Pats !!!

Yeah I'm nervous. Nervous about how I'm going to stay sober untill game time. lol

I don't know what to do with myself. Can't they just start the game now?

Cool as a cucumber right here. There is no way the Tebows win.

Totally wired, been making myself nauseous with overload all week.

This is what we've been waiting for since last January's final Pats game. We all knew the regular season would be mere prelude, all just a countdown to this day. SO much of what we and fans across the nation feel about this franchise rides on winning tonight; I don't want to have to wait another year to see if they can reverse this post-season trend. Let's hope Niners-Saints is an entertaining diversion.

You are a wise man Uncle Rico. And your avatar rocks.
"How much you wanna bet I can throw a football over those mountains" lol

Heh --thanks. In real life I'm known as a wise-a** than a wise man, definitely.

You know, I think the real Uncle Rico has a throwing style very similar to TIm Tebow's.

Sacks - Denver Tied for #10, NE #14

Three stats of note:

# of 40-point games allowed by the defenses: Pats 0 - Broncos 4, oops!

Head-to-dead outcome and +/- in takeaways, Hint: a #1 appears next to the Patriots in each of the last two categories.

And, how does Denver explain the big, tasty, juicy Forty Burger the Patriots served up to the Broncos at Mile High in December? Nice work.

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

I wasn't nervous against the Jets last year, the Ravens the year before, or the Giants in '07.

I think that this time I'll be nervous, and see if the results are different.

Yes a great start will set the pace for the game. I just hope it doesn't take a quarter to get settled in and start working.

How nice would it be if the D actually won the game for us this time around and took pressure off the O.

It would be epic. I cannot wait to 8 pm. Seems so far away.

I am with you, it seems like a lifetime away!!!

I am hopeful like the Colts of 06, whose D sucked, but was decent in the playoffs...so does the Pats D rise up and gives a giant middle finger to the "experts".

Always nervous before playoff games, or any game for that matter. A fast start on both sides of the ball would cure everyone's agita tonight. A dream start would be a Denver three and out with Tebow looking like crap, then the Pats mount a 4 or 5 minute td drive. THEN...another Denver punt or a Denver turnover and the Patriots march right down and go up 14-0 in the first quarter....GO PATS

Only to the "any given sunday" extent. There are no guaranteed wins in the NFL, but the Pats should win.

This coupled with the last 3 playoff games has me a little nervous, I must admit. I think the Pats will win, but I expect to be at least moderately pissed off during at least the one quarter per game when the Pats seem to forget there's a game going on.

I'm going to be honest, this is the most nervous I have been for a playoff game in quite some time, arguably against the weakest oppenent in the BB era. I just want it to be 11 oclock, the last two playoff games can be put to rest, and the pats are in the AFCCG.

I would feel less nervous if we had Randy to take the top off that DEN defense, make them respect us a little.
