I hope Revis gets burned to sh*t on Monday night!

I hope Revis' hamstring bothers him for the remainder of the season. Mr. Hold Out should just shut his yap. Was his ego hurt because Cromartie did a better job of shutting down Moss than he did himself?

Christ, watching this Monday nights game will be like watching Osama Bin Laden play Hitler.

I might squeeze into my wife's Moss jersey Monday night. I want to see him permanently sink Revis Island.

He musta confused the pedals again cause he burned right past yo ass for a TD if I remember correctly.

Beautiful analogy.

this is going to tough to watch..while i like moss..i despise favre...:(

Considering Cromartie has played like crap against most of the receivers he has covered this season and Moss is basically the only one he successfully covered (he covered Lee Evans well, but a lot of that had to do with Ryan Fitzpatrick. He has been smoked by everyone else), I might buy into Revis' comments a bit.

Revis was right about one thing....

“I was surprised when he got traded,” Revis said. “I was surprised that New England would do something like that…. I don’t think they’re going to have a vertical game now.”

Kind of seems like Revis is trying to downplay Cromartie's performance against Moss.

In turn making himself seem more valuable.

However much you dislike Favre and/or Moss, there is a clear team to root for on Monday and it ain't the Jets

You owe me a new keyboard, I just spit Pepsi all over my current one after reading that last line. Awesome line.

I thought the jets were paying the vikings not the colts!!;)

So true.
I still respect the talent of Moss.
I wouldn't mind seeing 8 catches for 145yds and 2 TD AND a monster game from AP.

Revis: Moss put ‘foot on brake’ in Week 2

Jets' Revis: Moss put 'foot on brake' in Week 2 - NFL - Yahoo! Sports

He adds that Moss doesn’t always play 100 percent, and it was noticeable from his body language in the second half - after Revis went out - that the then-Patriots receiver wasn’t giving a full effort.

I know Revis is supposed to be a shut down corner, and all...but he has also gotta be one of the DUMBEST people on the face of the Earth.

Two things:

1. If Moss had the brakes on, he was able to somehow grab a one-handed TD on revis, as the cornerback pulled a hamstring and has yet to return to the field.

2. You are about to play this guy on Monday night, why on Earth would you want to give him any reason to blow by you again?

Oh wait...I forgot who Revis' coach is...I understand this now.

I had forgotten how well Moss played in that game (not!). One highlight reel catch does a game make.

Re: Revis: Moss put ‘foot on brake’ in Week 2

It took a lot of guts from a player to admit that a player quit after he got torched for a TD. {almost 2} It's pretty much almost saying "Once he torched me, the best CB in the NFL, he had nothing left to play for. There is no more challenges. " Moss is the greatest when he is actually trying.

Moss will have a great game Monday night and everyone here will be up in arms.......ok more then now. History, its what he does.
