"I'm the head coach and I'm the guy who calls the shots," Crennel said. "If he has displeasure with the shots that are being called, he should address them to me first. I'm calling the shots."
There's no doubt Crennel made it clear during his meeting with Winslow who is the boss.

Good for Romeo, I wouldn't be surprised if Willie didn't have a few things to say to Winslow too.

Who is Romeo to challenge Kellen Jr? He's a f**kin' soldier!

ROMEO IS THE DECIDER!

You tell 'em Romeo.

I'd be really worried if RC DIDN'T tell Winslow who's the boss. Funny that Winslow was calling for the coaches to "air it out, run it out"... What else could you do on offense other than passing and rushing? :D

Good one, but RAC is the Commander-In-Chief!

I think it's kind of stupid airing this out with the press and should be handled internally period. Just my opinion.

I'll believe it if we don't hear from Jr. again.

I wonder if winslow sr will get involved?;)

He'll be calling Romeo and telling him not to mess with "The Chosen One" which is what Kellen Sr. has been known to call his son.

Bingo. Romeo needs to ask himself - what would BB do?

Of course he should have asked himself that before he took a job without autonomy, let alone in Cleveland.

He should just let Willie handle discipline now since apparently he isn't going to play much.

he can peel potatoes or do latrine duty

I posted several days ago that RAC is on the hot seat...I did not realize it was this hot...someone had to be singled out...Go RAC...it's your team.

KW II is a confirmed numbskull. Blustering to the press at the first sign of tough times, combined with his inflated ego give this never-was legendary turd status. However, the substance of his argument is correct: Carthon is a horrendous O-coordinator who never had the success to justify his appointment. The best option for the Browns really is throwing it to Winslow as much as possible. That is a sad statement.

Why do I have a feeling that despite Romeo's talk with him, this is not the last time KW2 is going to put his foot in his mouth this season?

Why, is Romeo going to kill him?

Winslow "I'm a soldier" needs to have his ego taken down about 7 notches. He's been out for two seasons with injuries and proved exactly nothing and he wants the ball? Romeo should have torn a strip off of his *ss. God, can you even imagine Belichick's reaction to that kind of mouthing off?

If Kellen Sr. truly cared about his son's development as a human being, he wouldn't have allowed him to go to Miami. Why would you send your son to be surrounded by thugs 24/7? If I'm lucky enough to have a son that talented athletically, there's no f'ing way he goes to Miami, OSU, FSU, Oklahoma, or any other juvenile delinquent babysitting service.

I'd believe this if the guy wasn't a moron. But, um, he's a moron, so... yeah.

Soldja is way too stuck on himself to let what a coach says get in his way.

Winslow has a lot of nerve to bring up "decision-making" when it was his bone-headed choice to do tricks on a motorcycle which cost him all of last season.

He needs to shut up and play the damn game.

Terry

Kellen Winslow, Jr....

Another in a long line of embarrassments to the University fo Miami who play/ed in the NFL!

Oh, how we stand in shame at the U!
