Ian's Daily Blog - It was reported this morning that the 'Help Vince' T-shirts we've seen spreading throughout the media and in the locker room are to promote a scavenger hunt for fans to locate Vince Wilfork's missing Super Bowl ring, which has apparently been stolen by a Jets fan.

Am I the only one who still has no clue whats going on?

I get that he is holding a scavenger hunt for his ring but is there anyway to play without having twitter, facebook, or a phone that can download those APPs?

anyone care to explain a little more detailed than the page that was linked which doesn't say much more than use this app or program.

Ha ha.

And be careful, a 1976 Pinto is a possible terrorist bomb by itself.

Sorry, I haven't been able to unencrypt the Patriots.com web page since they changed it a couple years ago.

Re: Help Vince Wilfork Recover His Stolen Super Bowl Ring!

It's not interesting in the least. That's, more appropriately, an abysmal marketing campaign and I'm sick of seeing it posted everywhere.
What, you work for the clueless dolts who thought that up or are you just taken in by freaking scavenger hunts with a few newfangled bells and whistles attached?
You get distracted by shiny, sparkly things too?

I'm going to start shooting random Jets fans in the kneecap and asking them where the ring is in a Jack Bauer-esque fashion.

You talking to me?

I thought it was more interesting in originality than seeing 800,000 Peyton Manning commercials.

If you're talking to me I find your comments insulting a*hole, I neither work for a marketing company nor taken in by shiny things.

It takes a mindless dolt to sit and be taken in by the same old marketing commercials for Gieco, T-Mobile,Coors and whomever else advertises endlessly on ESPN and NFL games.

The fact they are stepping out of the box is interesting to me, sorry it's not for you.

As for new things, go back to your pager, typewriter, rotary phone, answering machine , cassette player and VCR.
