While I was encouraged by his game and I do think he makes the team, I am not ready to proclaim that he's finally 'got it'.

One of the knocks on him has been consistency. I'd like to see him do it for a few games.

I was making fun of him too when he came but I will hope he turns it around and prove many people he still has the talent and can still be a good player. He is lucky to have been shipped to Belichick...someone who may actually be able to turn the guy around make this guy a good football player.

So true, So true.

Besides his own motivation, Sullivan is undoubtedly being mentored by Big Richard.

I remember in Halberstrams book he mentioned how BB likes his vets to pressure the young players to excel, (Parcells too) and to exert the discipline.

I'm sure, along with the other vets, Big Sey is working the motivational angle big time.
