OMG I'm dying of boredom... the most interesting thing is that McGinest wants to come back? YAWWN.... or that Cutler (whatever) is playing for the Bears (double whatever).. yaaaaaaaaaawwnnnn....

sigh, I hate the offseason..

Let's spice things up a bit:

MARONEY IS MADE OF GLASS. DISCUSS.

Yea i hear ya!! The NFL Draft isnt coming fast enough!!

I'm going to Vince's Draft Party, and that's making these days tick off SUPER slow. I keep having dreams that the Pats move up and grab a Nose Tackle and Vince goes frikkin' postal!

This FA period was killer and it still seems like there's been no action. ARGH!

Tom Brady's Knee is made of glass.

your right it has been a fun productive off season, now billy b needs to put the cherry on top with a peppers signing.

I think the potential of the Pats signing Adam Seward can make this an interesting offseason. LOL

This part of the offseason is nothing compared to late June/early July when mini camps are done, OTA's have wrapped up and there is still more than a month until Training Camp. There is virtually NO news at that point.

I hear you, OP. I, too, am pretty bored right now with sports in general, save for the World Cup Qualifying rounds and, sporadically, the NBA.

Someone mentioned that the speculation and productivity have made the offseason fun, and I agree. However, all talk of the Pats has sort of died down in recent weeks and has been replaced, obviously, by Jay Cryba . . . whoops, I mean Cutler. Being traded to the Bears only means that the media blitz surrounding his story has just begun, and I'm not looking forward to it.

True indeed.

Hey, develop a life i.e. a life outside of one NFL team. You can even concentrate it around sports if you want: baseball is starting up, March Madness is just winding down, the Masters is next week, NBA playoffs straight ahead, the Frozen Four have been determined and, of course, NHL playoffs right around the bend. This is the time when most everything is happening. No reason to be bored, just develop a few more interests in life and get a move on.

Of course, some people actually go out and play some of these sports too. :)

It really bugs me the way everyone talks about the draft constantly this time of year even though it isn't coming for weeks and weeks yet.

I thought I would mention that Patriots.com just posted a new debate. The Question: Would you like to see the Patriots draft a Wildcat player on Day 1 of the NFL Draft? Check it out

Unless Brett Favre is on your team ;)

No, I would not like to see that.
