Did anyone see the Colts game last night?

Re: Did anyone see the Colts game last night.

He may be back in six weeks, but even if he and Lilja come back in six weeks will they be 100%. It is still a very real possibility that Saturday needs to opt for season ending surgery. Besides, Neither Saturday nor Lilja play run defense.

In between that time, the Colts have the Vikes, Jags, Titans, and Ravens. Based on how they played last night, they could easily be 1-4 by the time Saturday or Lilja return.

Saturday will be back either this week or next.

SATURDAY IMPROVING: Colts center Jeff Saturday, who missed the regular-season opener with a knee injury sustained in the preseason, could return soon, Dungy said.
Saturday, a Pro Bowl selection each of the past three seasons, had missed two starts since 2000, with each instance occurring in 2004.
“I talked with Jeff last week and he feels like he’ll be able to practice,” Dungy said. “He’s making great progress. Whether he plays this week or the following week, that’s still up in the air, but my sense is it will be sooner rather than later.”

"Still the Colts as a whole, are younger and healthier than the patriots"

Clarke is hurt, Saturday is out, the jury is still out on Manning's knee and Adai absolutely got his bell rung.

Brady is out for the year and..........................? Don't get your point.

How about this; the Patriots are 1-0 and the Colts are 0-1.

Keep the brilliant "they were just rusty" and "we're younger and healthier than the Patriots" statements coming though.

How much do you really think the Pats being 1-0 means in the grand scheme of the season right now, your defense ain't getting any younger, neither is Moss or Brady, and now obviously the Colts are in a much stronger position for a SB run this season and possibly next

I think the bigger question is how happy will Moss be this season without Brady?
Colts will get stronger as the year goes on hopefully and peak when the time is right is my wish. And if we are clicking well on offense when it matters most I like our chances.

We have 15 more games to play and I expect to win enough to make the playoffs and have a good shot at a SB.The AFC can be ours if we want it I believe and have all our important guys healthy.Hopefully the Colts woke up last night.

This ain't baseball, one win can determine in or out of the playoffs. Yeah, your right about our defense, full of a bunch of 40 year olds.....................nitwit.

Regarding Moss and Brady not getting any younger; neither is Manning or Marvin, so there you go.

You're already planning out next year are you?

Listen, if you want to keep posting on this site, remove your head from your azz in the future, you make zero and I mean ZERO sense with all of your nonsense.

"Colts will get stronger as the year goes on hopefully" You had better hope so, they sucked Sunday night at home vs the Bears.

"Hopefully the Colts woke up last night" There you hoping again. If I were you, I'd hope Mannings knee holds up all year long or else you are screwed.

Yah, I mean he only gets a 50 yd bomb from Cassel when both WR and QB are on the same page reading the D and breaking off the called route, and later catching a critical TD pass from Cassel again. Stuff like that must really make him unhappy.

Problem with your statement is Manning AND Harrison are BOTH playing this year, right now. The Colts still have one of the youngest (by age) defenses in the league.

I know you all really are grasping for rays of sunshine this week, understandably so, but holding on to week one losses (Chargers, Colts, Jags all lost) isn't going to mean much in a few weeks when teams are up to full strength

Okay the Colts had a stinker last night. I know it and it was horrible to watch.
No, it was great fun to watch. Without Polilan's striped minions helping out where they could, it would have been a rout. Even so, it was a laugher of a game.

About one game better than being 0-1.

your defense ain't getting any younger,
Hmm, added three rookie LBs, let 39 yo Seau and 33 yo Colvin go, replaced 2 CBs with rookies, + Slater

neither is Moss or Brady,
So Moss and Brady are a year older than last year, huh? Wow, is that what passes for football anaysis in Lucy Stadium? Do you realize that all players are a year older?

now obviously the Colts are in a much stronger position for a SB run
Certainly, everyone in Lucy Stadium knows that 0-1 is a stronger position than 1-0

Clown.

I'm not grasping onto anything, you are. Fill us all in regarding the crystal ball you have which indicates the Chargers, Colts and Jags are all going to be up to full strength in afew weeks.

How's Clarke doing, how Adia's dome (man did he get his bell rung), will Manning's knee act up during the year; Merriman is out for the year and the Jags lost both starting right tackles.

Players around the league are dropping like flies.

You are dumber than most Colt fans and that's saying something.

You can call me all the names you want to in the world, they a) won't bring Brady back b) cause any one on the colts to be injured c) make 1-0 without Brady stronger than 0-1 with Peyton

Edit: PS, might wanna learn how to Spell, It's Addai, and Clark.......

Stop. Don't make us Colts fans look bad. But, I do agree we are better with Peyton than they are without Brady in the long run this season, assuming Manning stays healthy. (knocks on wood)

I do not even want to think about Sunday and have moved on. We all have to move on. I am also very upset Brady is out for the year as well.

Clark may play Sunday btw. Not sure yet, nobody is. Addai is fine, returned to practice. Saturday is in practice. Slowly I think we will get healthier however we need a DT......so I am in a bad mood again.

I'm here to talk football, any personal attacks or insults won't go unresponded by me, now I understand it's been a very trying week for most Patriot fans, so atleast for this topic I'm signing off.....
