I'm glad Groh is part of the draft cabal. The wisdom he brings is invaluable. I'm still impressed with his idea that if want want fast players you better draft players that are fast.

I'm at the point where I am ****ting my pants scared of the QB we may draft at 3. There is a lot of buzz that Maye may slide. I'd love to have Joe Alt as our LT for the next 10 years, but not with the 3rd pick.

On a podcast I heard there was concern regarding how the Michigan Defensive game plan exposed his weaknesses.

Going defense with the first 3 picks in that draft was foolish. Bill wanted to give Steve and Brian toys to play with vs taking a balanced approach.

I was real high on Leggette as an X receiver, but I'm hearing that his route running needs a lot of work. Definitely an option in the 3rd round if he's still on the board.
