Most of the time it's just variations of us pointing to our crotches, with the occasional shimmy. We're all uncoordinated white guys in grad-school, so have absolutely no dancing skeelz. The beer is a must.

This. My friends and I do the Ellis-Dance on Sundays when completing routine plays in the house (successfully getting a beer, answering the phone, etc.) It gets funner the more we drink.
