All prospective players are interviewed and during an interview, their maturity is determined.

People that play a game for a living really shouldn't complain about being forced to work for someone they don't wish to work for. That game has established rules and they need to be heeded.

Question for people who propose these trades: if the QB's on the board are not particularly special (or even a candidate to bust), why would another team give up the farm for one these QB's? Those teams have scouts too.
