Even on 4th and goal, the correct call was to kick the FG. He screwed up on 4th down 3 times.

they decided to run and use a time out, meaning now they have to get an onside kick. Anyone doubt Campbell had no idea of the consequences. The time out was more important than a slightly better chance of scoring running the ball.
