    Sign the beast? Whitney Mercilus

Texans released him. Worth a shot with Wino going to IR? Texans officially release Whitney Mercilus - ProFootballTalk

    Wynn and Ferentz active

I’d like as much depth as possible, especially when it doesn’t affect any of the rest of the roster (I.e. 7 vs 8 OL as 47 vs 48 game day roster).

The forum is great. Ian has done and is doing a great job. Can’t say the same for a lot of the posters recently. If I had a nickel for every time DropKick dissed the coaches recently I could make Ian a millionaire when I purchase the forum. Just for one example.

Is it just me or was the OL better with the reserves on the field?

They didn’t run very well behind the starters last week. So taking a half to get it going is an improvement.

Years? Lulz, the Brady longevity is impressive, but doesn’t work that way!

PostGame Thread Official Post Game Thread- Pats beat the Texans

I’d rather win games than test the character of our rookie QB. What I’m seeing is that folks have given up on this season already. Heck some had given up on the game we just won before it even kicked off. That is making this board borderline toxic to those of us who want to see how things...

PostGame Thread Official Post Game Thread- Pats beat the Texans

You left out another big reason: 4. An epically patchwork OL that played well beyond expectations.

PostGame Thread Official Post Game Thread- Pats beat the Texans

Problem with going for it and failing is the potential that it undermines the confidence of your young QB. I personally don’t think he’s that fragile, but I do think it’s a risk to consider. Remember that a big part of what you have in your rookie QB is potential, you don’t want to spoil it...

Unless TB stops him. It could happen, whether you think so or not.

Don’t you get it? To some people those are the only possibilities.
