Patriots vs. Miami Post Game Thread - The OH **** Edition

Agree with this. Ben but don't break isn't pretty. But if you keep everything infront of you, don't give up big plays and tackle. It generally works when you have a lead of 24 with a half to play. We also left 6 points out there with the penalty then Sack then Ghostkowski Missed FG. We just got...

    Jimmy's Value

Realistically I think the Pats are in the perfect position here. We don't "need" to trade Jimmy G. He has value to us both as a very good Backup to an aging TB and as trade bait. We can trade him at the end of this year if the right offer comes along. But we won't be desperate to as he is cheap...

    What positions?

I don't have RB as a need due to my opinion that we will sign Blount for 2 years 1M just like last time and Deion Lewis and White are really the Key to our RB situation. I get your point tho. Definitely a possibility Blount is gone. That would make Rb a possible need.

Game Thoughts: I am embarrased by this loss edition

Don't mean to single you out. But this type of post after a loss is the exact reason i come hear less and go to Reddit more. We all know exactly the reason for this loss. We had about 37-38 guys actually healthy. Our OL is down to it's 4th string LT, Our receivers are hurt, Safteys are playing...

    What positions?

Dangerous to say in pats drafts. But the only sure fire Lock need i have for this team is OT. Solder, Cannon and Vollmer have been injured all year. We can't go into a new season with that being our only T options. Instead of saying what we do need. I'll start by crossing off the list positions...

    Dion Lewis anyone?

I think you may be under estimating the work he has done as a blocker. Like Gronk not all of Chandler's good work show's up on the stat sheet

    Dion Lewis anyone?

I am truly happy with our offensive talent currently. Lewis and Blount are perfect compliments for each other. Our OL whilst not a top unit has amazing depth at the moment. Players have poor games and we just simply revolve other linemen in there. Our WR's are healthy and productive and are...

    Jordan Richards

Saftey play for me starts at... don't get beat deep. Then don't make the same mistake twice. This is where the justified criticism of Wilson comes in. The guy was beat deep consistently and with the same play. That's not what you want. luckily he has proven to be a good in the box backup and ST...

    Jordan Richards

Lumping Harmon and Wilson in the same sentence is silly. Harmon is playing well at Saftey, stealing starter reps from Chung and playing as a 2nd FS. He had a clutch INT against the Ravens and has started this year well. Richards making a great heads up play on a ball that he was beat on is an...

    Mayo's Snap Count

Please don't take this as an over reaction. With mayo only playing a hadn full of snaps the first 2 games i thought i'd gauge the feeling around here. Dou you think it's him being brought on slowly? Being the 3rd LB in a defense that usually only has 2 on the field? An indicator of his future...

NFL's mouthpiece (ESPN) at it again with OTL piece on cameragate

https://twitter.com/BenVolin/status/641245183041007616 Patriots response if it hasn't already been posted. very well written and seems to be consistent with the pats new tact of defending themselves rather than taking the high road.
