You need to be comfortable with the high likelihood whichever QB the Patriots draft will be mid tier or worse. Not because I’m being negative but look at the statistics. Most of the early QB draft picks don’t work out.

Look at the QBs taken back in the first round since 2012, not a couple of, not some of, not the majority of but MOST of those QBs are crap. 2020 seems to be one of the few outliers but there is a better chance whoever the Patriots draft sucks than there is he’s any good

Tempting, he’s better than any WR you’re likely to get at that pick, but this team isn’t that one offensive player away. Unless something miraculous happens this team won’t be a contender until he’s on the wrong side of 30

This team still desperately needs a number one receiver but I don’t hate the corp lining up behind one (if it happens) and you at least have the semblance of a legitimate offense in the making

Man Daniels is so damn slight but I love every thing else about him. I think the first few monster hits he takes he’ll be missing games. Maye is enticing as hell. He has essentially everything you’d want in an NFL ready QB, but playing against Chico State and Dingusville Tech it’s a steep as...

I still say as a fanbase we worry more about overpay and salary than anybody else. I Joe and dining for us to a roster that is considered the second worst in the NFL
