Did we really have 3 of the top 6 leaders in dropped passes?

Some of Vereen's were infuriating. There was at least 2 times on major third down plays where they ran him on a wheel route out of the backfield, there was a defender within 15 yards, Brady lobbed it to him, and he just had bricks for hands. I remember there was one against Carolina that would...

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

Re: Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassmen Jesus, nice straw man. Where the hell was I talking about someone who was afraid of their shadow. JMart played under Jim Harbough, a particularly intense coach, and by all reports, had zero problems in a...

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

Re: Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassmen Thanks. Definitely enjoyed reading it. This quote was spot on:

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

Re: Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassmen All those who have said this is normal NFL locker room behavior, Martin is soft for not standing up for himself and it reflects on his ability to play football, it was "good natured ribbing," etc. should read...

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

Ok that's fair. It's an overstatement. But it's a pretty strong inference. Even though innocent people confess to crimes, the fact that someone confesses to something is pretty strong and overwhelming evidence. Similarly, someone going back and destroying evidence so soon afterwards shows...

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

In the context of premeditation or awareness (which is what I'm talking about), it's 100% true. For instance, in insanity defenses, someone covering up a crime shows definitively that a person knew his actions were wrong, and many judges won't even allow the defense if there is evidence...

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

If you don't think the evidence shows that at all, then you're just denying facts and logical inferences, which I can't help you with. If Incognito really thought he was just palling around with Martin, why does he give the other O-lineman a bonus THAT DAY for being the first not to break? If...

Stunningly OT: US - Russia Hockey Game - Best Ever

We got a break, but it was the right call. Goal was off the posts. Not the best ever, only because it's preliminary round and the rival isn't there like it used to be, but the level if hockey and suspense was incredible

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

Why do you keep putting everything back on Martin? You keep saying Martin never said to stop. So what? All the evidence shows Incognito knew EXACTLY what he was doing. The raise to the other O-Line members in the fine book, the texts to Pouncey trying to cover it up, it all shows he knew it was...

Stunningly OT: US - Russia Hockey Game - Best Ever

Frickin unbelievable. Oshie frickin killed it. Had 2 shots facing elimination if he missed and nailed both

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

I'm so sick of the "NFL locker room" excuse. First, no one says why this matters. Why do you tolerate behavior because it's an "NFL locker room?" Frankly, there are plenty of people who want to be in the NFL just to earn a paycheck to support their family, and maybe don't want to hear about how...

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

This was NOT common. Zolak has been pretty supportive of Incognito saying it's "part of the NFL locker room" until the report came out today. Today, he was talking about how this was outside the norm of NFL locker rooms after everything has come out. Bruschi was just on saying this was nothing...

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

Have you read the report? Both of these are covered. On point one, Martin was trying to fit in with Incognito to end the harassment, and there are even texts to his friends and family where Martin said (months before leaving the team) that he was struggling to adjust his attitude and demeanor to...

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

Wait, are you saying its easier to talk about punching one of the strongest players in the NFL from behind a computer screen, than it is in person? That can't be right. I'm sure all these guys criticizing Martin would have stood right up to a roided out freak with anger issues

Wells Report on Dolphins locker room: Incognito, others in 'pattern of harrassment'

If you read the report, Martins and others were picked on BECAUSE they were quiet. In other words, Icognito and Pouncey picked on players because they knew they wouldn't fight back. Just because Martin is above punching his own teammate doesn't make him soft.
