It was a blatant 15 yard face mask penalty. Manning indicated a face mask and congratulated Clark on the good play. What was the point of this thread?

ref goes by, manning looks at him, makes the facemask gesture, and then the ref goes to the head guy, and does the same exact call....

It doesn't look funny to me. Manning could tell it was a face mask and the ref saw it too, threw the flag. Manning indicated it was a face mask penalty. Its not like he influenced the refs decision.
