wow. she's coming with guns blazing..I can't but wonder if she was seriously injured, and Moss was at fault, why there was no criminal charges?

Sorry, but I dont care if this is "idiotic" but you see this all to often regarding women and athletes. Over here it's almost a weekely thing to have some women coming out in the papers making allegations towards soccer players.
She's looking for money in my eyes and until I'm proven wrong thats the way it will stay.

Ok, see, that's idiotic. It's not as if Moss has never had issues before.
Man, what a mess.
I can totally relate to Moss, as I have a soon to be ex-wife who is doing the same thing to me. She twisted my words during a phone conversation then used them to file for a restraining order and criminal charges of threatening to commit a crime.
It was an outright LIE...but she got the restraining order. She then claimed I "violated" it by having my son ask if I could have my sawzall for a project I was working on.
I'm now scheduled for trial this month to answer to these charges, while her lawyer faxes my lawyer one divorce proposal after another claiming my wife will "work with me" to dismiss these charges if we can reach a "settlement" in the divorce that she approves of.
It's friggin' extortion...and it could EASILY happen to ANYONE just like that.
Even Randy Moss
I hope I end up as one of his jurors if she brings charges....
Yeah, people looking to extort and take advantage of people in the public eye is like, so rare these days...
What he desribed is an extortion attempt. Woman got hurt, then approached Moss demanding money under the threat of making accusations that he hurt her and that she would make the accusations before a big game, he refused, she followed through with that threat. We'll see how it shakes out.
I don't think it's that big of a deal even if he did "battery" her...unless there are broken bones or black eyes or something. Battery can mean a shove or something.
Wow. You seem to be of some off the wall thinking. How did he not help himself by saying that: 1) I know her. 2) She WAS a friend. 3) She tried to blackmail me.
Its very rare that you truly know someone when it comes to legal issues. He may not have known she was a gold digger. And, when he found out, he dumped her like a bad habit.
You seem to be doing a LOT of judging of Moss in your statements
Its a non-issue. Especially in light of the fact that no charges have been brought against Moss. None. Zilch. Zero.

So you're saying that your incredibly scientific anecdotal evidence should be used to pass a judgement on this case? Couldn't you just as easily say "I've seen it all the time, athlete's hitting their girlfriend." Either way it doesn't change the fact that you, I or nobody here knows anything about this and passing judgement based on what u just said is silly.
Athletes getting stupid never happens?
