If the Duke Lacrosse case taught us anything, it's not to jump to conclusions no matter the persons background or history. The document cited looks more like a form filled out by the complainant to get the restraining order. One thing I found interesting was that the date of the alleged incident was not listed. It's relevant in this case because being so high profile, he could easily rebut it if it was at a time when he was at practice or with the team in Foxboro.....
