NOWHERE has it been reported or even suggested that Randy Moss "is in trouble with the law." He ALLEGEDLY has been the target of a restraining order.
Hence, the edited title for the past 1.5 hours has been leading with "Unsubstantiated Report". I edited that in the moment (within 5 minutes) I saw the new thread.
However, I will edit the second part to read "Restraining Order".

They also include a shot of Moss that looks like a mug shot (which I believe it deceptive since Moss has not been arrested or apparently even questioned). One of the NFL's top athletes is in trouble again.
New England Patriot's wide receiver Randy Moss has been hit with a temporary injunction for protection against dating violence.
According to the affidavit Moss committed a battery upon the victim causing serious injury and then refused to allow her to seek medical attention.
The affidavit out of Broward County reveals Moss cannot come within 500 hundred feet of the victim and cannot use or possess firearms.
Moss's troubles started in high school. He served a 30-day sentence for kicking a high school classmate. He was kicked out of Florida State University for marijuana use, arrested for domestic violence and then arrested for pushing a Minneapolis police officer with his car.
A hearing in the case is scheduled on January 28th.
The court will determine whether to file a permanent judgment of injunction for protection against dating violence.
No criminal charges have been filed in the case.
Moss's attorney Tim Dipiero was unavailable for comment.
In other words, she's an unlikely source of a major story and doesn't have much of a journalistic background.Rozzie Franco attended Mainland High School in Daytona Beach. She is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami with a B.A. in English literature. After graduation, Rozzie worked as a bartender in Miami's South Beach clubs. When Rozzie decided it was time to move on, she began a career in pharmaceutical sales and led her sales team to become the top selling reps in the company. In 2006, after returning to Daytona Beach to be closer to family, she was offered a job in the news department at WNDB-AM 1150. In 2007, she joined WDBO-AM 580 and became a weekend news reporter. In less than three months Rozzie became part of the morning news team as a full time reporter/producer.
