Where he drove the pile of what 6 tacklers 7 yards downfield for a first down?

Maroney is tha man! NSA Can Go Pound Sand.

Yeah, too bad he was facing the opposite direction and being driven forward by the whole team.

I doubt he makes it 3 yards w/o the help of the o line pushing him in the right direction

Did you miss the o-line pushing him forward or something?

I guess it was a statment run. "I can get 11 yards if you guys push me down the field".

welcome to the Patriots fan website noobs. Im surprised you found room on the bandwagon this year, but alas, theres always room for more. Stick around cuz its gonna get better as you watch him carry the rock in sleet and snow in a few short weeks.

Will you be making cheap excuses then??

For the record...its actually possible to push a pile facing the other way.

Actually you can get a really good push going backwards, but these posters would know this, if they ever played the game.

Exactly.

I think there may have been some help with the blockers, but to say that LoMo wasn't on a tear on that run is just ignorant.

I expect to see more bruising gut check runs going forward with all the heat he seems to be taking.

Since when does post count= football knowledge?

If its so easy, why doesn't the O-Line just push him (or every/any other back) ten yards every play. I bet BB will incorporate that play calling more now.

Because he usually goes down with a whimper.:D

Precisely. Some post-count nazis don't realize that some of us "noobs" have been following Patriots football on the internet since before 1991 using gopher, etc.

I just never had the time to indulge in logorrhea before this year. Unemployment will do that for you.
