No worries. This was designed as a thread-specific feature so that an interaction you don't want to be involved in can be muted, without affecting that same user in other thread. Anyone muted within a thread can be unmuted by hitting the number box at the top, and then unmuting the user in the drop down.

However, the two other functions (Forum Mute and Forum Block) extend board-wide.

For those two, if you've muted someone board-wide, a box will pop up as shown below:



Just hit the dropdown and you should be able to remove the person from that list.

Otherwise, the rest are removed within a given thread.
