Some more sources for Purdue. Haven't seen anything about the Miami (Ohio) though.

Former Purdue football players showcase skills before NFL Scouts "Scouts spoke with S (Jacob) Thieneman after his workout and offered a similar message. They like his character, his leadership qualities to run the defense and his versatility to play multiple positions.

“Talked to scouts from a ton of teams and they all said I performed really well, and they liked how I looked in the position drills. They’re high on me,” he said.

GoldandBlack.com - Boilermakers strut their stuff for NFL scouts at Pro Day "School officials said there were 36 scouts from 30 teams on hand ... Jets, Bears, Seahawks, Giants, Vikings, Colts, Cardinals. NFL apparel was on display throughout the Purdue complex."

Spotlight Names who stood out: WR Kabion Ento and Juwann Winfree, LB Drew Lewis

Pretty good numbers from Edwards. He could be a solid developmental DT. I'm not sure he's draftable, but he doesn't have the worst tape I've seen this year, not by a long shot. 7th - priority UDFA seems about right.

I've loved this kid's name all year. Testing is impressive, too!

Since I haven't talked about him much before, he has guard / center versatility and a wrestling background, a commitment to hard work, and a desire to win championships. Tell me that doesn't sound like a Patriots IOL late in the draft.

Tanner Farmer believes he can lift 1,000 pounds — and win a national title too

He can move. Look at him doing drills on his twitter page.

Nice 3-cone

These times match what I see on the field for JoeJuan Williams. I thought he had poor starts to his 40, and that slowed him down for the Combine run. 4.55 makes more sense; on tape, people weren't blowing by him, and he easily ran downfield with Miles Boykin (4.42) in their matchup, clamping him down pretty cleanly.

If we don't bring back J. McCourty, I'm all for drafting Williams at 56 or 64. :)
