Given that Josh is staying now...

I for one am quite positve about next season.

We will have key players back depending on free agency we should keep the core together ( hope burkhead and lewis stay)

We lost MP as DC but if we use the draft to get some studs in defense, with Josh satying we have our greatest asset intact, our Offence.

Im hopeful on finding a potential future QB, some D players and coaching continuity with Josh and Bill.

How does everyone feel about next season?

Overall I do feel good. We had an amazing season, no reason to think we won't be back right now. We definitely need to re-sign D.Lewis and Solder though for me to feel much better. Not sure about the draft, I don't watch much NCAA so I don't know what to expect with that.

I’m enthusiastic

I always am .... I was during the Rust/Macpherson years

Let’s draft!!!! Let’s sign free agents!!!! Let’s make trades!!!

Super Bowl or bust. Again.

Pats in hunt for Super Bowl every season they have Brady and McDaniels. Just need a check on the Big Guy during the big game and we should better next time. Josh and Tom run the O, combined with no lame benching on D, we will champs easy.

We are basically already in SB 53. AFC is a dumpster fire of epic proportions.

ill tell you how i feel after gronk decides to retire or not.

They return to the Super Bowl and Belichick gives the players the wrong city to go to and the wrong game time. They lose by forfeit as the players watch from Boise State.

I'd like to see a new D coordinator with a more attack style of D. Not sure if BB would go for that as he always plays percentages but maybe if they have the guys to do it.

Judging by his relationships with Brady, Belichick, McDaniels, Edelman, etc, why would we even entertain the idea of Amendola making the choice to go to another team?

He’s taken a pay cut in 3 consecutive seasons and has been proud of that fact, stating that there’s no other place he’d rather be. I think he’s pretty much a lock to return as the WR4-5. Also, is there a reason to think that he’ll be asked to take more of a pay cut than he already has? He caught 61 balls this year and had a prominent role in the postseason. I think he should make the same amount of money without much issue.

I couldn't care less about next year right now. I'm sure I will once the time gets there but I'm still wounded and pissed off. Besides viewing this website I haven't looked at one piece of football news since sunday.

Signing Lewis is a priority. We need the Cat back .
I can't wait for free agency to start to see if BB addresses any defensive needs quickly !
We may see some defensive weaknesses addressed, although not the kind of big, exciting moves that people want to see. With the return of some key injured players, there’s at least a core base that seems to be worth building around. Although there are weaknesses, we should still keep in mind that they led the league in points allowed from October through the end of the season (sans SB, of course).

Guy, Valentine, Wise, A.Butler, Brown, Flowers, Rivers

Hightower, Roberts, Lee, M.Flowers, Van Noy, Harrison (?)

McCourty, Chung, Harmon, Gilmore, J. Jones, Rowe, C.Jones

Add in one or two of the developing PS players who have been learning the system and things don’t appear to be quite as dismal as some are making it out to be.

I think we need an improvement on a couple of front seven players and a CB. It will be interesting to see if Belichick drafts another SS to replace a role player like Richards, if he brings in a FA, or promotes someone from the PS. I’m guessing a combo.

Why? $$$$$$

Why did Martellus Bennett leave the New England Patriots? $$$$$$

Why did LeGarrette Blount leave the New England Patriots? $$$$$$

Add Logan Ryan, Jabaal Sheard to the $$$$$$ list.

Same here. Just saw that they released the Sound FX footage, but I wouldn’t watch that with a gun to my head.

This is the only place I’ll even go. I hesitantly checked some NCAA and NHL scores on the ESPN app for the first time, tonight.

Yeah, just not understanding why you’d lump a guy like Amendola who has taken a pay cut for 3 straight years and has proven to be the ultimate Patriot with guys like freaking Martellus Bennett and LeGarrette Blount? He’s been playing for peanuts for 3 straight years. Why would his attitude suddenly change now?

If Danny isn’t here next season it will almost certainly be because Belichick has decided to move on, and I’m not sure why that would be a consideration after showing that he’s at the very least a valuable backup, especially with Edelman returning from an ACL tear.

You forgot to add Bill Belichick's golden child Jordan Richards. ;)
